Love Love Love my apartment, the high ceilings, good size walk in closets, along with large balcony continue to feel very spacious .. .. .. The Staff has continued to be curteous, and helpful even after my move in several weeks ago! .. .. I placed an online work order for maintenance issue with my oven, and 2 other minor issues; and all were completed quickly and efficiently. .. The staff member James handled the work orders professionally, yet remained friendly, and had a upbeat attitude about necessary work the entire time.. .. No place is perfect, but I give the complex a 4.5 stars.. However, I have found all the staff to be a 5 out 5 stars at this time, based on their continued professional , friendly and positive attitude concerning customer service.. .. I have not been able to enjoyed my balcony, or the beautiful pool , grill and other covered areas at this time due to changes in weather. .. but really am look forward to it!

They look nice yeah but wait till your actual living there and have to deal with theft in your vehicles, homeless wandering the community. Sketchy maintenance. And dog poop everywhere. This place charged me for every tiny little thing when I moved out. And my place was not bad at all I even took pictures. I left 2 weeks before my lease was up and was charged almost $5000 for early move out on top of what I owed for the remaining rent. Was charged $900 for carpet and there was nothing wrong with my carpet. Charged me utilities?! The bill for them in the apartment cleaning it after I left ridiculous! Horrible communication with office staff as well which has changed so many times since I’ve been there. Be aware of the not so good things about living here like the porta potty plant across the street, it smells so bad in the air you can’t even sit outside on your porch.

The staff is the friendliest. I first worked with Dezmien, sweet & informative. She was quick to answer my questions & always so helpful. Junior took me on a tour and you could tell he loves what he does & people. He answered all my questions. Sandra was the one who checked me in move in day, very friendly and informative as well. Greatest staff. The only issue I had was bugs (summertime), but they were quick to schedule the exterminator. All my service issues are handled in a timely manner. The complex is beautiful & love the amenities.

Complex and amenities are beautiful and clean but I will not be renewing my lease and do not recommend living here and heres why.: 1. No amount of pest control will stop the amount of ants, fleas, spiders, etc. the complex is infested. 2. They tow like crazy. Ive been towed twice, once was for parking in front of the office after 6 even though I am a resident here. Have gotten my car back for free twice because they are aware of their LACK OF PARKING. 3. You’re only allowed 2 guest parking passes per resident, your other guests have to PAY to park and visit you. When asked what I should do when I can’t find a spot, they suggested that I park at the Valero a mile down the road. 4. You now must have a pool bracelet at all times when at the pool and each resident is only allowed two guests at the pool, so forget about inviting your friends or family over to use the pool you pay to use. 5. You’re not even allowed to SIT in the grass by the pool past 10. And yes, they watch the area like a hawk. I could go on, also front desk girl is rude. Feels more like jail than home.
